Residence Halls
Curtis Hall
The largest residential facility in the state of Maine, Curtis Hall houses up to
600 undergraduate students in any given year. Most residents live in double rooms and share either semi-private or community bathrooms. A number of administrative offices and student services can also be found in this building, including Security, Health Services, the Commandant's Staff, Barbershop, and the Department of Residential Life.
Paraprofessional staff members (Resident Assistants) live throughout the building and assist with administrative needs and community programming.
The Commons
Consisting of one bedroom apartments furnished for double occupancy, The Commons houses up to 40 residents. Graduate students are given first priority for this housing option.
A Student Manager lives within the facility and is available to help residents with administrative needs and programming once on-campus.
Windlass House & Compass House
These on-campus renovated homes are perfect for our graduate students who want their privacy, but also a social network. Each student is provided a furnished room with access to a community kitchen, living room, and shared bathrooms. The Windlass House has six bedrooms, while the Compass House has three.
The Commons Manager is available to assist the residents of these homes with administrative needs and programming once on-campus.
