Campus ID Cards

Academy Identification Cards (ID Cards) provide official documentation that you are member of the MMA Community. Students are expected to carry their cards with them at ALL times, and to produce them upon request to any Academy official or any appropriate external official.

Why and where might my ID Card be requested?

There are number of reasons and place, but just a few are if you would like to:

- borrow items from the library

- use your meal plan and/or declining balance account at the Main Dining Room or Waypoint

- check-in at the Fieldhouse or Curtis Hall Quarterdeck

- verify your status as an MMA student

What do I do if my ID Card is lost, stolen, or damaged?

Lost, stolen, or damaged ID Cards can be replaced in a timely manner as a new picture does not have to be taken in order to produce a new card. Simply follow these steps:

1. Pay your $10.00 fee at the Cashier's Office (Leavitt Hall, 2nd Floor)

2. Bring your receipt down to Lauren Garrett (134 Curtis Hall)

3. Wait patiently for your new ID Card

If Ms. Garrett is not available, place your receipt in her box in the Commandant's Office and your new ID Card will be available from the Dining Hall Check-In Stand at the next convenient meal time.
