Department of Residential Life
Leadership Development
Maine Maritime Academy recognizes leadership as a vital component to a well-rounded education. Aside from the clubs and organizations in which you may get involved, the Department of Residential Life offers additional programming to further develop your leadership skills, meet new people, and learn life-long success strategies.
The diversity and range of our programs cater to a wide array of needs and personalities. If you are looking for ways to develop personal leadership skills, we hope you give one of these programs a try.
