Utilizing Astin's Theory of College Persistence that student involvement is key, the Department of Residential Life provides a variety of social and education programs that address holistic student wellness - illustrated by MMA's Wellness Wheel.
The series of Wellness Programs offered below focus on the life skills and information needed in order to maintain a healthy physical and mental well-being.
